beauty & the beach holiday gift guide 2k17 ✨

As you may have noticed, my favorite time of year is upon us — which means my favorite activity is also upon us: holiday shopping!!! I absolutely love gift giving, Christmas shopping, and curating personalized gift sets and packages for my favorite humans.

This year’s holiday gift guide (unsurprisingly) spans beauty and self care, fitness, fashion, home, and travel — so there’s a little something for everyone!

Each product is something I specifically chose to make incredible, thoughtful, and gasp-inducing gift (at a variety of price points depending on who you’re shopping for). And I’m certain these will go over well because if it’s on this list, I either own it or want it myself (aka have researched the shit out of it), so consider this hard and fast fact: YOU WILL BE THE ULTIMATE GIFT GIVER OF 2017! I’ve denoted the two categories — Have It, Obsessed With It, Can Super Vouch For It (👍🏼) -or- Atop My Wish List (📜) — with those little emojis, so you can know whether or not I’ve tested or used it myself. Without further ado…

Williams-Sonoma Silicone 5-Piece Copper Handle Set ($88 on sale from $110) — (📜)
This simple and sophisticated set is glam without being overdone and would add just the right amount of luxe to my kitchen. I just got the mini spatula set with the copper handles and am dying to get my hands on the big set with that pretty crock.

Belkin Rose Gold Valet Charge Dock for Apple Watch + iPhone ($130) —(📜)
One of my goals is to consolidate all my cords in my room in a sleek way. This set would kill two birds with one stone, creating an elevated look while getting rid of some of the cord clutter.

Chanel Gabrielle Eau de Parfum ($135) — (👍🏼)
You may have already picked up on the fact that I LOVE this new fragrance from Chanel. I am chomping at the bit for the people at Maison Chanel to drop additional products with this scent — I will buy all the expensive deodorant and body wash and moisturizer.

Avocado Earth Capris ($60) — (📜)
I’ve recently become obsessed with Avocado (thanks in part to Tone It Up), and their super thick, substantial, smooth and soft fabric is INSANELY comfortable and flattering. This color is so sultry and gorgeous …. I’m crazy about the “blue moon” ice blue color, too.

Ted Baker Small Suitcase ($398) — (📜)
This is one of those pie in the sky items (hello, hefty price tag). It’s just so beautiful to look at. I’d only want the small suitcase, because EFF checking a $500 suitcase. My parents got me an awesome TravelPro set last year and it’s totally beat up thanks to TSA. Airport hang ups aside, this is a seriously stunning gift, especially if you have exciting plans to travel together in 2018.

Goldsheep Vintage Santa Leggings ($98) — (👍🏼)
This would probably make a better *early* Christmas gift, so your favorite fitness fanatic (or you… not judging) can wear them more during the holiday season.

Lululemon Free to Be Bag ($128)— (📜)
One of my #personalproblems is that even if I DO wear regular clothes or a cute outfit, I’ve likely changed into that outfit after SoulCycle or Barry’s, and therefore am carrying a huge gym bag with my sweaty clothes and gear. I love my gym bag, but it’s not necessarily a polished handbag that completes an ensemble if you catch my drift…. I love how this lulu tote fuses the handbag look with gym bag functionality. Obsessed with that dark chrome color which is a rare hue for their bags… I’m super into it. Toss in a light pink clutch if you really wanna go for it. WINNING COMBO.

Hourglass Lip Oil ($44) — (👍🏼)
I can’t take credit for this one; my bestie Olivia introduced it to me earlier this year and I was fully obsessed. But because of that ultraluxe price point (hello basically fifty bucks for lip treatment), it’s been just out of my grasp. And by that I mean, I go to Sephora. Pick it up, look at it. Hold it in my hand. Walk around the store. Put it back. Leave. Feel sad about it. However I was exceptionally blessed with a get well soon gift my Mommy Claus who was feeling a lot like Daddy Warbucks this past week and now it is no longer on my Christmas wish list, but rather in my possession. YOU NEED IT TOO.

SoulCycle Candle ($38)— (📜)
One of my favorite candles of all time is the SoulCycle x Jonathan Adler grapefruit scent. In fact, the first thing I noticed about SoulCycle in general was that heavenly fragrance. I have since only splurged on this luxe candle twice, but it makes my bedroom smell like it’s a day spa for Jesus himself. How’s THAT for Christmas spirit.

PB Teen Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Pillow ($40) — (📜)
Somehow this pillow blends nerdy chic effortlessly. The velvet and subtle sequin detail make it an awesome fangirl accessory without being tacky. Honestly can’t believe it’s at PB Teen but I mean it IS Harry Potter and here we are.

Madewell Velvet Wrap Bodysuit ($59)— (📜)
How can you not fall in love with that delicate rose, ballet-inspired body suit? I NEEEEEED ITTTTTTTT.

Gucci Princetown Mules ($680) — OBVI DON’T OWN OR EXPECT THESE BUT COME ON
I have a goal of wearing more “regular clothes” this year and adding to my “normal” shoe (aka non-sneaker) collection. First on my wish list is a pair of blush pink mules, like these unreal Gucci slides. Holy shit. While I adjust my expectations in life, have a look at these more reasonably priced options: gorgeous Steve Madden rose gold version for only $48, dusty rose suede Sarto mules for $108, the Cole Haan Piper in sparkly pink leather for $98, and these velvety looking Tory Burch Carlotta slides for just over $200.

Alex and Ani Harry Potter Ring ($28)— (📜)
I’m certain at least a couple of my friends will catch onto the fact that they’re getting Alex & Ani HP jewelry this year for Christmas.

Philosophy Purity Pore Extractor Mask ($35) — (👍🏼)
An awesome friend got me a sample of this for my birthday and I loved it so much I had to buy one when my sample ran out. It’s part clay mask, part scrub, and 100% magical.

APL Rose Gold/White Phantom TechLoom  ($165) — (👍🏼/📜)
OK so YES I have this style of shoe in a very similar color but NO I do not have the white/rose gold combo and I’m kiiiinda thinking it’s everything and I need it? If you’ve yet to try APL yet you absolutely need to get in on this ASAP.

David’s Tea Sweet & Decadent Tower of Christmas Teas ($15) — (👍🏼)
I’ve already depleted my stash of this. I love that David’s offers at least 487,000 flavors of tea, and this set allows you to sample a bunch of the best holiday flavs, including Let It Snow — a spicy, creamy, custardy green tea that tastes like eggnog in the best way.

Yeti Tundra 35 ($300)— (📜)
I’m itching to get outdoors and go camping this year!! I’d love to spend some time in the redwoods up here in Northern California, leaving the phone at home and enjoying some unplugged time (while roasting at least 84,000 marshmallows). I fully plan for my food to have more luxurious accommodations than my own, hence this swanky (PINK) cooler!

CW Hemp CBD Capsules ($35+) — (👍🏼)
CBD is one of my top products of 2017. Of everything I’ve added to my routine, this is hands down the most effective for anxiety management and and-inflammatory pain relief. This would make an awesome stocking stuffer or super thoughtful self-care gift.

SoulCycle Gift Card — (📜)
Is a SoulCycle gift card ever NOT on my wish list? This is more of a general suggestion for a wellness gift card. Whether it’s for a massage or spa treatment, a luxe gym membership or studio fitness class, or a month of healthy meal delivery, this is something that is sure to be appreciated and will provide some serious TLC and self-care opportunities for your fav humans. As I always say, experiences > things.

Not Pot CBD Chocolate Hearts — ($30) — (👍🏼)
These organic dark chocolate hearts are superboosted with the adaptogen ashwagandha and a tiny bit of CBD. I’m fully obsessed with them, and they make an awesome LuXe stocking stuffer for someone who is health-conscious and into natural wellness. Get $6 off with code “DOMMYMICHELLE” at checkout ;) #gotchu.

Kate Somerville All Glow, No Glitter Exfolikate Trio ($75, Sephora exclusive)— (📜)
As you perhaps read last month, I’m obsessed with the Kate Somerville Exfolikate collection and am running low on my moisturizer (and I’m actually completely out of the face wash). This set is an INSANE deal. The moisturizer alone is $65, the wash $38, and the mini exfoliant $24. I can personally guarantee you that these three skincare items used together will have you absolutely glowing. I feel like my skin was reborn.

Keurig Oasis K200 ($120) — (👍🏼)
I recently got this thanks to the POPSUGAR Must Have Box coupon (50% off hell yah), and I actually really love it. I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge coffee person. I don’t make coffee every day or even every week. However, this makes single serve coffee (and cocoa and tea!) insanely easy, and is super nice to have when I have guests over. I feel like such a chic and mature hostess. ALSO like COME ON with that color are you kidding me how could I not buy that TAKE MY MONEY KEURIG.

Knitted Mermaid Tail Blanket ($43) — (📜)
This is exactly what we (yes, you and I) want and need for snuggling up by the fire, binge watching whatever the next Stranger Things is, sipping David’s tea that we made with our Keurig, with that Purity face mask and Hourglass lip oil on while the SoulCycle candle burns. AMIRITE.

Lululemon Down For a Run Jacket II ($198) — (📜)
I’ve been making heart eyes at/desperately wanting some lululemon outerwear since the dawn of time AKA approximately 4 years ago. For some reason, it’s one of the (very few) things that I haven’t bought yet, but given the fact that I live in perpetually chilly weather, I feel like now’s the time. Looking at you, Santa. How beautiful is this white color?!

I hope you love these gifts as much as I do, and that you find something awesome for your loved ones! Feel free to message or comment with any questions or opinions ;) HAPPY HOLIDAYSSSS 🎄

xx,
Dominique
